For those caregivers that have trouble knowing how to let your little be small in public here’s some stuff you can do to help!

✨Make sure you keep your babies safe and hold their hand!

✨Watch out! They will want to adopt every stuffy on the shelf!

✨Talk to them/for them! They might get scared of other people and hide behind you!

✨ Need a way to get them to use their paci without being seen? Let them use a face mask! No one will be able to see that adorable baby can’t talk!

✨Baby talk to them quietly! Never talk to them normally because that will push them out!

✨Reassure them they are the cutest ever and that you will never leave them alone because they are too little to be alone

✨Create a little bag! You’re baby always needs a bottle with them! Get some toys, they will need stimulation while you get adult things done! Put some headphones in for them and put on a video if you really need to focus. If they wear diapers, grab an extra one in case your little one can’t hold it. (If you have anymore wonderful ideas for this feel free to put them in the comments!)

✨Try and drive and put them in the backseat, make sure to buckle your little one in!

✨Sing them lullaby’s/nursery rhymes in the car and or in public when they get scared and ungrounded (I tend to disassociate and get scared and cry when I’m in public and little)

✨✨PS!! Being little in public is scary, let’s protect the babies from those scary thoughts and let them be free, but not to free because that won’t be safe 😂 and not safe for the wallet!

You know what concept I LOVE that I never see anyone talking about? Contact napping. (If you don’t know what that is, it’s when you hold a child while they nap!)

Like just picturing getting to hold my little one while they sleep in my arms, knowing that they’re safe and comfy and secure. And then that moment when they wake up and see that they’re still in their mama’s arms? UGH It’s so cute!!! Idk I just think its such a perfect way to show a little one how much I care, by guarding them and loving them even in their sleep.
